Parliamentary Visit

On August 12, 2009, Orizzonte Development served breakfast to a group of Turkey's Parliamentaries and businessmen.  Mr. Nihat Ergün, Turkey's Minister of Industry and Trade, Parliamentarians Mustafa Elitas, Agah Kafkas and Fatih Metin were among the visitors. 

Bayraktar opened the meeting by thanking the gentlemen for their visit. "We are very honored by your presence... it is a very kind visit in terms of encouraging young entrepreneurs.  To be able to host such respected government officials makes us more confident and extends our perspective to larger purposes."

During their breakfast, the group discussed Orizzonte's background, ongoing projects and future business plans.  Bayraktar mentioned the many international projects in his portfolio and emphasized his hospital construction and energy developments.   "Our background inspired us to establish our office in the heart of the world's business activity-- New York City-and we hope to continue lending our talents to America with the help of our experienced partners."

Mr. Ergün followed by saying "I am not only thankful, but also honored, to be here with my friends.  As the Minister of Trade and Industry, I am always proud of successful Turkish entrepreneurs.  My team and I are eager to assist as much as possible for the benefit of such accomplished businessmen." 

NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS UNDER WAY

WITH ASHLEY DEVELOPMET 

Orizzonte Development and its partner, Ashley Development, will soon begin the construction of two new projects.  The Wrenfield Townhomes community will contain 98 townhouses and the Mechanic Street Properties will consist of three floors of mixed commercial space. 

Since the Mechanic street project is also in the historic district the main facade will have a historic nature so that the completed new building will look similar to surrounding buildings in the neighborhood. While the exterior will look historic, tenants can enjoy the amenities associated with new construction. The insprational buildings pictured in this package show the type of building style for the new building.

Orizzonte Development is looking forward to starting these projects with Ashley Development next year.
